A 100-year-old man has been reliving his holidays by painting them in the course of the pandemic.
Leslie Posnett lives alone in sheltered lodging in Leicestershire and coronavirus restrictions have meant he has had few guests.
But the World War Two veteran has stored himself occupied by recreating work from his previous sketch pads.
A choice of his work has been entered right into a digital time capsule organised by Leicestershire County Council to show future generations concerning the pandemic.
“When I get started on a painting it’s something I get lost in,” Leslie mentioned.
